Friday, December 1, 2023 - Great dry sparkler that stands up to heavy hors d'oeuvres and is enjoyable on its own, if you like the leaner style. A core of lemon pudding adds a touch of creaminess, but the dominant flavors are Granny Smith apples and citrus. A hint of yeast and lingering minerality on the finish.
