Appreciate that the austerity/acidity did not overwhelm the fruit from the three varietals that were integrated well. Given the price, we could sure get used to this compared to the best of the NV French. Great qpr.

Great dry sparkler that stands up to heavy hors d'oeuvres and is enjoyable on its own, if you like the leaner style. A core of lemon pudding adds a touch of creaminess, but the dominant flavors are Granny Smith apples and citrus. A hint of yeast and lingering minerality on the finish.

Pretty pale golden. Tart green apple and melon aromas. Outstanding creamy balance with a touch of acid keeping harmony on entry. Bright and lovely toast and brioche supported by Meyer lemon. Finish shows a lot of resonance and balance. 3g/L dosage 52% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier

Lower effervescence and sweetness than many Bruts.

Tart, granny smith apple, biscuit, great finish. Would rather have this will shellfish/fish than a cocktail wine.
