Saturday, December 9, 2023 - Spiced caramelised apples, sweet grapefruit, sour lemon sherbet, toasted brioche. Fresh but with some generosity. Ripe fruit counterbalances the minimal dosage (5g/l) in this Meunier-dominated blend (80:10:10) based on the 2015 vintage. 72 months sur lie, disgorged in 2022.
