Yet, surprisingly, the wine is already accessible and delightful to savor. Its strength is present but not overwhelming, demonstrating an exceptional balance. The aroma is intricate, weaving notes of tobacco, earth, and a bounty of red fruits. Acidity is almost absent, only subtly appearing towards the finish, hinting at the wine's potential to mature gracefully over the next 15 to 30 years. Indulge yourself by opening a bottle now – it's a decision you won't regret!"

A balance of tannins and acidity are necessary in order to preserve wine for long periods of time; without ample amounts of both the wine may not last long in the bottle. Even the boldest reds require acidity for a feeling of freshness and youthfulness. Perhaps you meant that the wine was balanced and not overly acidic like some wines from lesser vintages. Not trying to be confrontational here.

The balance was nearly perfect and their was a toch of negative acidity , but really a minder toch , that didn’t it made a 100% perfect balance , where the acidity that you refer , is the one we are looking for to see how the wine will age and it’s much longer ! i hope this helps you :)
