Monday, December 18, 2023 - Champagne and Sushi (Masu, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. I like this, bright red apple, lychee, yeasty, cream, stone, more subtle almond, a touch of fresh herb. Nice!
