Wednesday, December 20, 2023 - At the suggestion of another CT User, we selected this bottle to go with our dinner of grilled Walleye. It paired very nicely. IF you like old world Chardonnay, you will like this. While having a distinct oak presence it was crisp without evidence of any secondary fermentation. Lighter in color (medium gold), medium in body, it was nicely balanced and had a lasting pleasant finish of oak and vanilla. The community has this drinking through 2030. I'm thinking it will top out a couple years earlier than this (2028 drink by).
