Tuesday, December 19, 2023 - Le Bilboquet Holiday Dinner (Atlanta, GA): Tasted at Somm Guild of ATL Holiday dinner @ Le Bilboquet. Paired with Steak and Frites. Color dark red. Nose is not your typical Napa Cab nose. Good mineralty on the palate. Drank alongside four other Napa cabs / Bordeaux blends. Somewhat austere at this stage. Brad - heavypourwine.com
