Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Pale & light yellow in color with a very fine & consistent perlage. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of baked apples, pears & lemons/limes with overtones of floral & yeasty/toasty notes, minerals & a hint of roasted hazelnuts. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of apples & lemons/limes with yeasty/toasty, nuts & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present & may continue develop further with additional aging. Very good QPR especially when found at discount. An indicative blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier & 20% Chardonnay.
