Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - 90 min cool (50F) decant. My Lady E says thick, rich, black raspberry. I sense hint of smoky grilled meat from a distant fire. This might sound crazy, but we both detect a hint of a cherry/menthol lozenge. It’s unique and compelling. Not offputting whatsoever. Drinking beautifully now.
