Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Surprisingly very good. Past the primary phase, entering early development. Lots of blackberry jam, and black cherry with enough developing smoked meat, juicy licorice, Timut pepper, black olive and chunky black rock to make things interesting. Structural elements looking for equilibrium. Finishes long and worked perfectly with the smoked beef tenderloin.
