Sunday, December 31, 2023 - New Years Eve Champagne.
Yellow apples and some fudge. Rounded acidity and soft mousse. (No formal notes taken, just enjoyed.)
Base wine from 2017 with 50% reserve wine from 2015 and 2016. No dosage. Deg 11/2019.
