Sunday, January 7, 2024 - Unripe citrus aromas with lemon zest. Oily entry and then tart citrus. So much fresher compared to recent hot vintages and great acidity reminiscent of those taut Mosel Rieslings or of how Chenin Blanc used to be in the Loire… drink now or hold - this vintage will go the distance!
