Monday, January 8, 2024 - PnP from an 187ml, consumed over 1 hour. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of Asian pear, Meyer lemon, mango, honeysuckle, and slate. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium+ body with pleasant creamy mouth-feel, medium intensity, 13.2% abv with developing flavors of tropical fruit - mango, honeydew, and slate with a medium+ finish.

Length: Excellent
Intensity: Very good
Complexity: Excellent

Overall, an excellent wine drinking well upon opening today. Can drink now or over next 2-4 years.
