Friday, January 12, 2024 - Open and very ready. Secondary, with warm tobacco, black cherry, hope chest, pencil lead and chocolate shavings. A medium to long finish, with a full body and slight cottony tannins. Plush, yet still shows finesse. Not shy, which is typical of the vintage, yet retains elegance. Drink now - 2028.
