Thursday, January 11, 2024 - Lovely nose of eucalyptus-minty notes, light leather, faint dark berry notes; very elegant on the palate, slightly sour/high acidity at first but mellowed a bit after 20 minutes and was sailing; resolved tannins, aged like an old Bordeaux, very nice with the tartar as well as the rib-eye. Musso & Franks Eric B-day.
