Tuesday, January 16, 2024 - Bright dark ruby, medium intensity. Aromas of ripe blackberries, candied cherries, bubble gum. Secondary aromas of shale, chalk and pencil shavings.
On the palate you are greeted by ripe red and black berries, followed by a faint pleasant hint of oak and earth.Tannins are refined and non obtrusive. A soft and medium finish with red fruit and spice rounded out by a taste of black pepper. well balanced and pleasant.
