Thursday, January 18, 2024 - Shiny light gold color with a generous and persistent mousse. Modest intensity nose composed of complex brioche and roasted nut elements. Vibrant and tangy palate that seems to want more time before reaching its apex. Long finish. 5+11+16+9= 91
