Thursday, January 18, 2024 - Non-french Pinot Noir (Must & Lees, Warren Street): Medium red. Glorious developed nose, it's all here, excellent. Delicate and tasty, great freshness at the age, simply a very classy wine with to my mind a near perfect balance between bitter and sweet tones. This was #3 of the night, just pipped by the Newton Johnson which was on song, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy a case of this and hold it for 5+ years.
