Friday, January 19, 2024 - Decanted for c.a. 30min – but potentially several hours more required. No doubt intense with concentrated, extracted jammy fruit of raspberry, but not much else going on. The palate equally intense with rough acidity and astringent tannin. Feel wild and overpowering. Almost more akin to a New World, hot region Pinot and would be surprised if anybody guessed this Burgundy.
