Saturday, February 10, 2024 - 100 % Pinot Meunier. Disgorged 2019. Dark orange color. Not many bubbles left, and those few left after 15 minutes. Expressive aromas of ripe apples, nuts and autolysis. Extremely concentrated and persistent. Developed positively in the glass and took on more power after several hours. A leftover in room temperature showed no signs of deterioration the day after. This Champagne definitely needs a lot of air. A monumental Champagne. A couple of minus points for the slightly oxidized aromas.
