Monday, February 19, 2024 - Monday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Drinks a bit like Labet, honestly, with a slight savagnin-like salinity that goes with the typical aligoté waxiness. Peachy and rounded, quite a bit of acidic cut, and quite tasty for a grape I don't care much for.
