Monday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Drinks a bit like Labet, honestly, with a slight savagnin-like salinity that goes with the typical aligoté waxiness. Peachy and rounded, quite a bit of acidic cut, and quite tasty for a grape I don't care much for.

A business lunch (Restaurant Rijks *, Amsterdam, NL): Pure, energetic, good weight of ripe citrus fruit, steely acidity, yeasty and floral notes, bright minerality, salty finish, flowing finish, very good length.
