Monday, February 19, 2024 - Monday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): No mistaking the amount of dosage here. Opulent and very generous on the palate, with a white-fruited sweetness and creaminess that balances the acidity of the vintage. Modest autolytic notes, but quite fresh for its age.
