Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Very light and transparent red color. Guessed it was a Burgundy, since it lacked the brownish Nebbiolo color. Old aromas with red berries, tar and some wet wool, which disappeared after a while. Quite tart and tannic on the palate, with pronounced acidity and not so much fruit left. The nose is best. Difficult to judge these old wines.
