Saturday, February 24, 2024 - A dense, muscular CDP with flavors of raspberries, cherries and plum pate. There’s a rosy accent, and black tea and mushroom notes. The mouthfeel is fairly creamy with a suitable amount of oak-imparted silkiness. There’s a bit of heat on the nose but the listed 16% alcohol content does not seem to intrude over the fruit and other flavors.
