Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Charity wine pairings to benefit Whatcom Hospice House. (Samish Hill, Bellingham, WA): Sabered for the entertainment value. Light salmon colored. Strawberries, peaches come through. The sense of austerity may have been real, or perhaps it was a result of this bottle being sandwiched between the bold E-O VdV and ‘06 Taittinger Comtes.
