Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - 100% Loire Valley Pinot Noir. Dark (almost totally opaque) red color. Earthy nose of mushroom and forest floor with hints of black cherry/berry fruit and violets. The palate is full of ripe red and black berry fruit with touches of mushroom, cola, nutmeg and minerals. Long finish with medium body and bright acidity. Pretty bold and funky.
