Friday, March 8, 2024 - Medium dark red color. Modest meaty,sour cherry bouquet. This is a tame ,medium-bodied Chateauneuf. It is smooth, but lacks character. Somewhat mute and thin.
I’ve had many Cores du Rhônes with more power and distinction than this Chateauneuf du Pape. Disappointing.
