Sunday, March 10, 2024 - Wonderful but I wish I had given it more time. We drank it over a 7 hour period and only from the 6th hour it really blossomed. So I do think its approachable but I would recommend opening the bottle 6 hours before and having a glass to let the air through the bottle and let it evolve.
