Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Pop and pour. The wine opens with quite a lot of barnyard and funky notes. However, this is balanced out with lovely bright red fruits such as cherry, red berry, and strawberry. The wine evolves a bit after a few hours with some spices and floral notes coming through. 2021 vintage showing with really nice acidity. A very well made wine but not worth the current market price.
