Pop and pour. The wine opens with quite a lot of barnyard and funky notes. However, this is balanced out with lovely bright red fruits such as cherry, red berry, and strawberry. The wine evolves a bit after a few hours with some spices and floral notes coming through. 2021 vintage showing with really nice acidity. A very well made wine but not worth the current market price.

A "cult" wine tasting and lunch (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): Made from 100% Gamay, younger vines. A hint of rubber on the nose is somehow attractive, bubblegum, red cherries, hint of warm spices, easy and supple, light and bright floral and fresh, juicy cherry and berry fruit, good persistence, hint of green apple.

Light color. Nose feels like a pinot, but the mouth feels like a lightly extracted grenache. Mostly small red berries flavors. The nose was nice. A bit floral. Fresh wine.

It's a wine that I can't understand the current price. a ridiculously high price for the performance one has. I'm not willing to pay the current price for just plain well-made wine and buy it again.
66% Gamy and 34% Pinot Noir. Nose was natural wine like with strawberries, funk, bubblegum and grass. Palate was expressive and light. Very expensive for what it is.
