Friday, March 15, 2024 - PnP:
Nose: a little balsamic vinegar, cherry pie filling, faint woody aroma.
Taste: cherry jolly rancher, black plum skin, still some freshness with the acidity, tannins and oak give a cocoa taste and sensation.
It's quite nice but there isn't a lot of depth. Probably has a couple years left but seems unlikely that there is the stuffing to get any better. Drink now. The price is right.
