Does not like this wine:

Sunday, March 17, 2024 - A bit deeper yellow gold, fatter bubbles at first but when it settled they got finer and looked very enticing; age evident on the nose, slightly musty, soft bruised apple, not full on cidery but leaning more that direction, toast and obvious yeast development, golden fruit; weirdly flat on entry then incredibly sharp and sour on the finish to the point of hurting my throat- never had that happen, am I being poisoned for drinking Champagne on St Patty’s Day?
