Saturday, March 30, 2024 - I have been fortunate to have experienced this wine for over 30 years with continued enjoyment. The mark of a good Chateau is producing consistently pleasing wines & this Chateau meets that goal exceptionally well. This wine opens with an impressive nose of white flowers w/soft nectarine aroma. Flavor of soft muted lemon peel, light apricots and soft peaches. Soft balanced lingering finish. A great compliment to Tomme Noire des Pyrenees cheese plate & Chicken al Limone.
