Saturday, March 30, 2024 - This is open and singing from the getgo. Seamless and effortless, beautifully fresh and exciting, lots of things goin on. This is sitting comfortably on the plateau of its maturity. Flavors of dark yellow fruits, almonds, wild strawberries, peach and more. Oxygen and hints of iron, which in the context of this wine is a feature and a part of the deal, very Tondonia. Long, mouthwatering finish. Perfection in a bottle. I didn’t know us mere mortals were allowed to drink these, apparently we are. Thank you.
