Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - Drank almost at room temperature on day 1. Nose of apricots, peach, pinaeaplle - very fragrant. Nice acidity, papaya, apricots, lemon custard with a note of spice in the palate. Young, overall fresh, full bodied, with a long finish. Will improve with age for sure, but already very enjoyable.
