Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - First experience with Sherry (solera) and I was not disappointed at all. So much depth of flavor. Brown color kinda like a clear molasses. The nose is dried raisins, dark honey and really jumps out of the glass. On the palate, dried figs, raisins, maple syrup, buckwheat honey and a long finish with roasted nuts that just keeps coming back, like a heartbeat of flavor on the tongue. For the price that this is sold this is incredible. Really helps with that sweet craving.
