Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Medium+ nose of blackberries, subtle pyrazine, baking spice, dry earth, some spicy blackberries. Palate has a lot of fresh berries, baking spice, and pencil lead — not a ton of structure, and feels like it’s missing just a touch of mid-palate density. Feels like it’s made in a drink now style, not bad, but doesn’t offer a ton of discovery or specificity.
