Friday, April 26, 2024 - Bright dark red, nose of vanilla, cola, pomegranate, Irish moss, anise... nice structured tannins, good balanced acid, red fruits, cola, meat jus flavours... tannins and jus flavours lasting well... went well with Manzo and Risotto!
