Sunday, April 28, 2024 - Wanted to try them and picked up the basic one. It is bright. Gripping. Upon opening like gooseberry and acid. Then opened and had nice layers and bright apple. Then moved into more tropical flavors. But bracing acid throughout. Can age longer. Not a Chardonnay I am use to. Feel like a blend and different food pairing. Need to try again with other food. And need to find their single vineyard stuff
