Monday, April 29, 2024 - Needed a couple hours to flesh out but what a classic Gevrey. It for sure needed that air and offered lots of earth, sou bois, touch of barnyard and dried red berry fruits and cured meat. Very alive and drinking well at tertiary peak. Unlike the extracted style of old Faiveley.
