Beautiful Monforte notes with slightly darker fruit from a warmer vintage. Lots of violets, blackberries, earthy notes and some truffles evolving.
On the palate full bodied with seamless tannins and a long finish. Probably note the most complex Barolo but definitely a great example of this site.
