Saturday, May 4, 2024 - Deep and dark nose with notes of violets, black cherries, and lots of floral character. Good acidity with meaty flavors, olives, bacon, and more cherries. Long finish. A beautiful experience and while I'm sure this will only be better in 10-20 years it's really showing well today with air.
