Tuesday, May 7, 2024 - I couldn't control myself and opened another bottle even though I thought it needed another year when I tasted it last. It is better but still not in its best drinking interval. The red and black fruit is more apparent but the tannins are still too strong. Drank over 2 nights and better on the second night.
