Friday, May 10, 2024 - Medium expressive nose displaying pure but sour red fruit, raspberry, maraschino cherry, light caramel, some, cooper, spearmint and limestone. Very good concentration, sweet and sour red fruit, generous but slightly coarse mousse, good energy and focus, bright acidity, limestone mineral, and a medium to long sour red fruit driven finish with copper at the end. I wish it is a bit more creamy and elegant. I need to revisit soon.
