Sunday, July 19, 2009 - Wow, Wow, Wow. After reading some of the tasting notes I was worried! This sparkling showed beautifully! Very well balanced with nice fruit and acidity. Showing some signs of maturity with a lovely nutty nose and moussey mouth feel
