Tuesday, August 11, 2009 - Very light straw colour. It smelled of much more classic SB than Pur Sang, showing wet hay, currant leaf, apple, white peach, grass. Bright, very lively, but rather soft, almost thick on the palate, chalky, a bit spicy, with some toffee (oaky?) and redberried tones. Long and warm in the aftertaste.
