Wednesday, September 9, 2009 - Terrific and classic white burg. Med- bodied with a viscous mouthfeel and tons of baked spiced apple, lemon, some mint and warm lemon. Tons of persistence and excellent purity and delineation of flavours. Long finish with some spicy acidity. Could probably benefit from a few more years, but this seems more than 2/3 there, which is a great spot. A unique terroir and great jooce.
