Thursday, October 8, 2009 - Thursday night with Charlie, Dan and Chris (Chateau MacKay): Earth, spice, and strawberry on the nose. Flavors have good depth with lots of nice red fruit and a slight minty note towards the finish. Very very smooth and tasty but it still seems like there's a lot more waiting to reveal itself, given enough time.
