Friday, November 6, 2009 - There is no way to get around the watery greenness of this wine. With that said, the green was not a bell pepper or vegetative, but a very complex and hard to describe greenness, that to me says," sure, the vintage was green, but I was not that affective by it!" The wine was very mature for its age and I would not call it particularly 5 year old Vosne or Suchots, but it was altogether very good. The maturity was shocking, but the wine was sweet, decadent, and mellow, and with a clear red color, and an hour without a cork, the wine became very good. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
